Services

What we build, and who it is for

Six services, one approach: understand the work first, then build the smallest system that genuinely solves it. Most projects combine two or three of these.

01 · Websites

Business websites

A site that answers a stranger's three questions in under a minute: what do you do, can I trust you, and how do I start?

Who this is for

Established businesses whose current site is slow, dated, hard to update, or quietly costing them enquiries. Also good for businesses with no site at all that need something credible quickly.

What it includes

  • Pages built around decisions. Services, proof, pricing, and a clear next step — in the order a real customer reads them.
  • Speed as a feature. Optimised images, minimal scripts, and layouts that stay readable while assets load.
  • Mobile-first, genuinely. Designed on a phone screen before a desktop one, because that is where your visitors are.
  • Search-ready structure. Sensible headings, clean URLs, page titles and descriptions you would actually want to click.
  • Editable by you. A straightforward way to change text and images without a support ticket.
  • Accessible by default. Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, sufficient contrast, and real alt text.

02 · Landing pages

Landing pages & campaign sites

One page, one goal. Built for an ad campaign, a launch, or a single service you want to push — with nothing to distract from the action you want taken.

Who this is for

Businesses running paid ads to a homepage that does not match the ad. Contractors and clinics pushing one specific service. Anyone launching something and needing a page live quickly without inflating their main site.

What it includes

  • A single focused message matched to where the visitor came from
  • Form or booking capture with confirmation the visitor actually sees
  • Analytics events so you can tell which version performs better
  • Loads fast on a phone over a weak connection — where ad clicks often land

03 · Applications

Custom web apps & installable PWAs

When the spreadsheet has grown tabs, or the process lives in three people's heads, it is time for an application. We build it around the way the work actually flows.

Who this is for

Teams coordinating jobs, inventory, inspections, or approvals across more than one person. Field staff who need something that works on a phone with patchy signal. Businesses paying monthly for a platform that almost fits.

What it includes

  • Modelled on your process, not a generic template you have to work around.
  • Installable. Progressive web app setup so staff can add it to a home screen and use it like any other app.
  • Roles and permissions. Owners see everything; technicians see their jobs; clients see their own records.
  • Works offline first. Data captured without signal, synced when the connection returns.
  • Grows in phases. Start with the workflow that hurts most, add the rest once it is earning its keep.

04 · Booking & portals

Appointment booking & client portals

Customers book themselves. Clients check status themselves. Your phone stops ringing for questions the answer to which is already written down somewhere.

Who this is for

Service businesses losing time to scheduling calls — clinics, salons, contractors, consultants, instructors. Agencies and freelancers fielding "where is my project?" emails all week.

What it includes

  • Real availability. Slots come from your actual calendar, so double-bookings stop.
  • Automatic confirmations and reminders by email or text, with reschedule links.
  • Client dashboards showing project stage, shared files, and open invoices.
  • Deposits and intake forms collected before the appointment, not during it.
  • A full history of every booking and message, searchable months later.

05 · Dashboards

Dashboards & reporting

One screen that tells you how the business is actually doing — instead of an evening spent assembling the answer by hand.

Who this is for

Owners making decisions without current numbers. Operations managers reconciling several systems. Anyone who rebuilds the same report every month and would rather not keep doing that.

What it includes

  • The handful of numbers that matter, chosen with you rather than whatever is easy to chart.
  • Data pulled together from the tools you already use, refreshed automatically.
  • Trends over time, not just today's total — so you can see direction, not noise.
  • Exports your accountant or your bank will accept without reformatting.
  • Threshold alerts when something drifts — overdue invoices, thinning pipeline, idle jobs.

06 · Automation

Workflow automation

Find the steps that are pure repetition, then make them happen without a person. Small changes here often recover the most hours for the least money.

Who this is for

Any business where the same details get typed more than once — from a form into a spreadsheet, then into an invoice, then into an email. Also teams chasing paperwork and sending the same reminders by hand.

What it includes

  • Data entered once — then it flows to every system that needs it.
  • Reminders that send themselves, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
  • Documents generated from your records — quotes, work orders, invoices.
  • Money reconciled faster with automatic matching of payments to jobs.
  • A map of what runs itself, documented so changes do not silently break it.

07 · Support

Support & ongoing improvements

Launch is the middle of a project, not the end. Software needs attention — small fixes, content changes, and whatever the next phase turns out to be.

Care & fixes

Something breaks or looks wrong, we fix it. Monitoring, security updates, and backups handled without you thinking about it.

Changes & additions

New service, new page, new report, new field. Small changes on a simple monthly arrangement you can cancel any time.

Next phases

When phase one is paying for itself, we scope phase two — with the same written-scope discipline as the first.

Support arrangements are agreed per project. There is no universal monthly figure, and we would rather quote yours accurately than publish a number that misleads.

Engagements

How we work together

Three ways to start, depending on how much is already clear.

Smallest

Scoping session

A focused conversation about your process and a short written summary of what we would build and roughly what it would take.

  • Best when you are still deciding
  • No obligation to proceed
Most common

Fixed-scope project

Agreed deliverables, agreed price, written before work begins. Delivered in rounds so you see progress early and often.

  • Best when requirements are reasonably clear
  • Change requests are quoted before proceeding
Ongoing

Phased partnership

Build the highest-value piece first, prove it, then continue. Suits processes that need to be discovered as we go.

  • Best for larger operational change
  • Each phase scoped and priced separately

Not sure which of these you need?

That is normal. Describe the problem in plain language and we will suggest the smallest thing that would fix it — including "none of this" if a simpler tool already does the job.
